My brother-n-law joined the military a few months back and is now stationed in Germany. My sister and her family will be moving soon and we're all a little glum to see them go. E loves playing with her cousins...building towers, playing ball, riding in a rocketship...she'll greatly miss them. Good luck in Germany!

Wow... seeing how grown up their kids are makes me feel old! So E re-enlisted in the Army? Did he have to go through basic training again? Where in Germany are they stationed?

Hey there Tom! I know, the kids are getting so big. W has his driver's permit! Yikes! Yeah...he lost his job and then couldn't find work. The military was his last option. He re-enlisted, went to a shorter version of basic training and then sent him to a technology school for more training. He's now in Vilseck, I believe, about 30 miles west of the Czech Republic. The family joins him next week.
You guys must be addicted to Facebook or something...right? ;) I'd love to see an update on your blog! Oh, and didn't you LOVE Disney? How fun that you got to go with family!!
That is crazy-the army is a small world, so I may see them someday!
Jane actually updated the blog today, but yes, facebook has taken over... I'm willing to bet you will eventually come to the darkside as well:)
Disney World was great, especially getting to see how happy the kids were. I, however, avoided most of the rides since my stomach doesn't get along with most of them.
